The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The hotel is close to the train station, a convenient feature for transportation. I found easy, affordable parking options near the building. The breakfast included a variety of options, and the bed was very soft.
There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

The hotel is close to the Steam Museum. It was a short walk. The room was compact but clean and provided what I needed. Customer service was better than expected.
The room was small with the bed against the wall. This felt a bit claustrophobic. There was no hair dryer in the room. I found no hand towel in the bathroom.

The location provided a discount code for the nearby car park. This made parking significantly cheaper, which I appreciated. Breakfast offered good choices. The clean room with a comfy bed met my needs well.
The television lacked some of the normal free view channels available.

The hotel is handy for the bus and railway station! though the parking was expensive. The location is a short walk from attractions! such as the Steam museum and the shopping centre. Many pubs and restaurants exist in the surrounding area.
